HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW TO GET READY FOR THE 2024 LAKE CHELAN WINE AND JAZZ FESTIVAL


Q: How do I get Festival Passes for the Lake Chelan Wine and Jazz Festival and what do they cost?

A: There are two types of Festival Passes available for purchase. A 4-day All Access VIP Festival Pass and a Saturday Single Day Pass.  Pricing details as follows:

Full 4-Day Festival Pass: $169.00 Includes:

  • Transportation for Friday and Saturday performances

  • A glass of Siren Song Wines at check-in

  • Swag bag full of fun surprises

  • Specials and discounts at participating local businesses and wineries

Saturday Single Day Pass: $129.00 Includes

  • Access to all Saturday performances

  • A glass of Siren Song Wines at check-in

  • Specials and discounts

Q: When and where do I pick up my Festival Pass?

You must check in to pick up your festival pass and program. Check in at the Lake Chelan Community Center located at 103 Bighorn Way, Chelan, WA 98816

Check in on any of the following dates and times to pick up your: Festival Pass, SWAG Bag (Full Festival Pass holders), and Festival Program. All Festival Pass holders will enjoy a complimentary glass of wine at check in. Dates and times for check in are as follows:

Thursday 5/16, 1pm - 6pm

Friday 5/17, 10am - 6pm

Saturday 5/18, 10am - 4pm

Q: What is the schedule for the festival?

A: The Lake Chelan Wine and Jazz Festival is a 4-Day event with 50 performances at 10 venues. The program lists all artists, performance locations and times. The schedule is also available at chelanwinejazz.com/schedule. Expect about 45 minutes between performances for shows at the same venue.

Q: Are children allowed in the performance venues?

A: Yes, children 12 yrs and over will need to have their own Festival Pass; children under 12 years old are free. Exception: Laylas Bar + Kitchen is a 21 and over only venue.

Q: Is wine and/or food available for purchase at the music venues?

A: Wine and food will be available at all venues, except for Riverwalk Park on  Sunday afternoon. Prices, offerings, and food availability varies by venue. Food and wine at performance venues are NOT included in the price of your Festival Pass.

Q: Can I bring a cooler to performance venues?

A: No. Outside drinks are not permitted at any venue, except for Riverwalk Park on Sunday afternoon. Outside food policy is venue specific. Please check with the venue in advance to confirm whether they allow outside food.

Q: Can I bring a lawn chair or blanket?

A: Yes. Seating types at performance venues will vary so please be prepared. Some venues will have tables/chairs, chairs only, or lawn seating only. Please check with the venue in advance to confirm the seating arrangements.

Q: Can I bring my pet?

A:]For 2024 year it is our understanding that the following venues will allow dogs, as long as they are well behaved and on a leash. Larc Hill, Tsillan Cellars, Chelan Ridge, Vin Du Lac, Riverwalk Pavillion. Otherwise animals that are certified ADA are allowed.

Q: Is anything prohibited at the festival?

A: Grills, tents, canopies, outside beverages, weapons, drugs, fireworks, noisemakers, bikes, skateboards, rollerblades, drones, frisbees, and beach balls are all prohibited.

Q: Is there enough parking? Where should I park?

A: All venues will have parking but parking may be limited, depending on the location. Please adhere to any parking signs and to the direction of volunteers. Carpooling is suggested. Free shuttle will be provided on Friday and Saturday May 17 and 18 for Full Festival Pass holders.

Q: Will there be accommodations for disabled patrons at the various performance venues?

A: For winery venues, there is ADA parking available in their respective parking lots. For downtown venues, there are ADA parking spots available on the street. There are no preferred ADA seating areas at the venues.

A: Yes, logo t-shirts and other festival merchandise will be available for purchase at check-in.

A: Yes – you can donate directly and become a Friend of the Festival by clicking the donate button. The Lake Chelan Wine and Jazz Festival Foundation is a non-profit 501(c) 6 organization.

Q: How does the shuttle transportation work?

A: Shuttle transportation is available free of charge for Festival Pass holders on Friday and Saturday. Shuttle details and map will be provided to all Festival Pass holders at Check-in.
